Opportunity to become a fully qualified Construction Plant Fitter following a four year seven phase standards based apprenticeship.
Three of the seven phases in an ETB training centre and four phases on the job practical experience.
What you'll need to Succeed
Eligible applicants must be at least 16 years of age and have a minimum of grade D in any five subjects in the Junior Certificate or equivalent.
Applicants are required to undergo a SOLAS-approved colour vision test.
Willing to continue learning and undertake career-long training
Apprenticeship
Rhomberg Sersa Ireland Ltd are approved by the Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board to train apprentices in Construction Plant Fitting.
The apprenticeship is for 4 years with a 7 phase standards based apprenticeship.
3 of the 7 phases are based in the ETB training centre and 4 phases of practical on the job experience.
Benefits
A training allowance is paid by the local ETB to apprentices while attending off-the-job training.
While in house training is being conducted, an agreed weekly payment will be made by the the employer based on Construction rates advised by Confederation Industry Federation.
